About Edward Alcalá
Economist from the National University of San Marcos; Public Accountant from the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University; and Executive Master's Degree in Business Management from the Universidad Privada del Norte. In addition to Postgraduate studies in Economic Development, Specialization in Financial Management, Process Improvement and Cost Reengineering, Business Valuation, etc.,
He is a founding partner of Alcalá, Hohagen y Asociados, a member firm of HLB since 2006. In the 80s and 90s he led the Business Consulting Division of one of the most important firms in the Big Four, having been in charge of the execution of important projects of organizational redesign, process improvement, personnel evaluation, implementation of data processing systems, valorization and privatization of companies, among others. He has been a professor for more than 10 years at the San Ignacio de Loyola University, in the course of Project Formulation and Evaluation.
He is an experienced connoisseur of the culture and regulations of the Public Sector, as he began his work experience in this sector having held important positions in the areas of planning and institutional development.
