About Jorge Hohagen
Certified Public Accountant from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with Certification and Collegiate status as an Independent Auditor from the College of Public Accountants of Lima.
He is a recognized and prominent professional in financial auditing services for companies across various economic sectors in our country, including governmental and non-governmental entities (NGOs), as well as SMEs. He is an expert in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Accounting Standards (IAS), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
In the 1990s, he participated in the privatization processes (valuation and sale) of important state-owned companies such as Banco Continental, Entel Perú – CTP, Compañía Minera Condestable S.A., Química del Pacífico S.A., Electro-Perú S.A., and others.
He serves as an instructor for training courses for the auditing staff of our firm and has been, for several years, a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru for the financial auditing course. He has also been a guest instructor for training courses at the Comptroller General of the Republic.
