About Mariana Segovia
Chartered Public Accountant from the National Experimental University of the Armed Forces of Venezuela, with more than 13 years of experience in the branch of external and internal auditing. Additionally, with studies in Tax Consultancy, Project Management, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management, Diploma in Public Management and Government Control, Specialization in Forensic Auditing and Corporate Governance, Full IFRS and Internal Control Under COSO Approach.
She began her professional career as an auditor in 2011 at the Firm HLB Perales, Pistone & Asociados de Venezuela, having reached the position of Audit Manager.
He served as an internal auditor at the Don Pollo Poultry Group, performing functions of preparation and design of audit plan, risk matrix and evaluation of internal controls according to program.
He is currently a member of the professional audit staff of our Firm as an audit manager acting as a partner. His duties mainly include client management, reporting, audit programs and financial statements. Planning, supervision of works and personnel. Design and management of substantive and analytical tests. Trainer in Caseware Working Papers.
